B orn in 1987, Nikita Vlasov started to learn the accordion and piano in 1994 at the Children’s Musical School of Beloretsk (Bashkiria), and continued studying at schools in Nizhny Novgorod where he had moved with his parents. In 2005 he graduated to the city’s conservatory where he learned the accordion with Professor V. Golubnichii, and the piano with Professor V. Starynin.

The achievements of this young musician were marked with a number of diplomas in different competitions and festivals held in Tver, Vladivostok, St.Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Lipetsk, Moscow , Kurgan. He was a prize-winner in the Accordion competition in NYC, and a participant of the first festival “Young Russian culture in Florence”, International festival “Russia Meets the World”, Penderecki festival in Colmar, France. He performed during the meeting between President of Russia Vladimir Putin and HM Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, and has toured many cities in Russia and abroad.
