Isaac Reyes Perez began his musical career in 1985 in
the orchestra of Rufo Garay, and continued his studies
first at the Escuela de Bellas Artes, then at the National
Institute of Music. In 1998 he obtained his Bachelors
degree. Now he is the leading clarinetist of the Panama
City orchestra, and a professor of clarinet at the National
Institute of Music.
