T he Conservatoire Quartet was founded in 2003 by students of professor A. Richter. The participants are prize-winners of various international competitions.

The Conservatoire Quartet participates in the Festival and competitions in St. Petersburg and abroad. In April 2006 it won an award at the conservatoire’s quartet’s competition dedicated to D. Shostakovich centenary.
