Born in 1988 to a musician family, he now
studies with Professor V. Ovcharek in
the St. Petersburg Conservatoire. He has been
a prize-winner at various competitions and
receives grants from the Russian Ministry of
Culture and Communications as well as from
the Orbelian Foundation, which awarded by
Temirkanov prize.
He has toured many countries, performing
with the best orchestras. In 2003 the
BBC recorded Glazounov’s concerto played
by Dogadin alongside the Ulster symphony
orchestra. He was honoured to play the
violins of Paganini and Johann Strauss.
