Born in Leningrad, he graduated from Secondary School (Lyceum) at St. Petersburg Conservatoire to where he graduated in 2004 and studies under Merited Artist of Russia, Professor K. Sokolov.

A prize-winner of various international competitions, he performs as a soloist and a member of chamber ensembles. Now he is a member of the Mariinsky Theatre Junior orchestra.
